Very bad interview process. If the interview process is this chaotic then wonder how working there would be like. I would suggest please don't apply here. Some are allowed to work remote others have to come in person. Based on previous reviews looks like no one got an offer.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews with immediate management and colleagues, HR interview during first round. Very quick turn around on decision to hire (by the hiring manager), but HR took weeks to get the offer letter out. This is a pattern and we have lost incredibly talented people because of HR's incompetence and recalcitrance.
