Question 1
Approaches to managing up, collaboration, communication, etc.
Very involved process with multiple interview rounds (hiring manager, peer/team, adjacent teams, upper leadership, plus lots of interaction with HR for phone screen and throughout) and offline mock project work (written questions plus presentation). It was a positive experience but a significant and lengthy commitment.

Question 1
Assignment to conceptualize approaches to current team’s work
There was a screening with Human Resources and a subsequent interview with the hiring manager. At that juncture, I was told that hiring occurred within a month. "We move quickly". I also was told that it is a competitive market and to keep the point of contact apprised if there are other opportunities. I followed up two times ( 1 week apart) and was told that the organization was moving to the next step the following week and I would hear back. I never heard from the point of contact again.
