Interview
Phone interview with HR officer. It was diligently scheduled and the interviewer called on time. I felt that it went really well. It took about 15 minutes. However, after the interview, I didn't hear from the organization anymore at all, in spite of my following up several times via e-mail with the HR person who interviewed me. This confirmed to me what other reviewers had said in their reviews about HR being really bad. How long can it take to reply back saying they don't want you? It was really disconcerting and disappointing never having a formal rejection.
