PCORI Program Associate interview questions

Interview process was long. First was the normal phone screening from HR. Then they scheduled a 3 hour or so in person interview with multiple panels. The groups I met with were other Program Associates, the proposed team I would be working with, leadership, and also HR. Each group was about 30-45 minutes of panel questions. After the in person panels, they said they would need to call references and tried to call multiple references. In the end, the process took way too long (from start to finish with a job offer took almost a month and a half). I ended up going with another company that offered much more competitive pay. The reviews say PCORI salaries are competitive but it was quite low for the position. The other company beat PCORIs offer by over $10k and even PCORI said they couldn’t match it.
