I had a very disappointing experience interviewing with PDF Solutions. Despite spending significant time preparing on short notice (after being pressured by the recruiter to accept an onsite interview date I wasn’t comfortable with), the process turned out to be highly unprofessional. One of the interviewers never even introduced themselves, and throughout the session made faces at my answers instead of engaging constructively. It felt disrespectful and not aligned with the professional standards one would expect from a company in this industry. The recruiter was equally unprofessional. After pushing me to confirm the interview quickly, he completely ghosted me post-interview — even though he had promised multiple times to provide updates. To this day, I’ve received no closure on my candidacy. Overall, the process left me with a very negative impression of the company’s culture and professionalism. If this is how they treat candidates, I would be concerned about how employees are treated internally. Advice to Management: Ensure interviewers conduct themselves with professionalism and respect. Train recruiters to follow through on their commitments and treat candidates with transparency.
