There were three rounds.first round was telephonic which was outsourced to third party agency.Second round was video interview taken by onshore team.third round was face to face again technical.They compare themselves with Big 4 but they are nowhere to Big 4.It's just small scale organization where 30-40 developers are housed in one hall.no canteen.Join if you want high package and work for 11-12 hrs.
