I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PDS Health (Silverdale, WA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Received a call from office manager to schedule a phone interview. Currently employed and was asked if I could do the phone interview the following day.. Well asked if I could call back after speaking with my boss about coverage. I called the office manager back, no answer, so I left a message, that i can do the phone interview the next day. Well appointment time came the following day and no call, 10 min later still no call. I then decided to call her...she sounded surprised that I was calling( she didn't check her messages( isn't that part of your job duties if you are working the front?)
Right off bat, I didn't think I was a good fit....
I applied online. I interviewed at PDS Health in Sep 2022
Interview
I received many different calls from several offices. I interviewed at 5 offices and was offered position at all 5. They like to keep the interview relaxed. However, a few interviews seemed too unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PDS Health
Interview
I had a phone interview with the office manager and then followed up with the dentist and office manager. The questions were pretty straightforward. Overall very easy interview. I'm sure this varies from office to office.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PDS Health
Interview
I interviewed with the regional manager and the interview was held at one of the dental practices. The interview was pretty standard. I was told I would hear back within about a week. The recruiter contacted me after the interview to get me to provide more information about my background. I went through the time consuming background check and gave them the information they requested. After a week I never heard anything so I emailed the recruiter. I never heard back from her or anyone from the company. It was frustrating to put so much time and effort into the interview process and not hear a single thing back.
