The recruiter for the position contacted me via email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was about 15 minutes long. The recruiter more or less tried to sell me on the position, then learn about me and ask questions.
The interview process was smooth. First was a phone interview with a recruiter, then interviews with members of the regional team. The entire process was smooth and did not take more than three weeks.
You talk to HR, then the Marketing manager contacts you. Everyone is nice and friendly. Process takes about a month and they were fast in getting back with feedback.
