I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PDS Health (Colorado Springs, CO) in Apr 2017
Interview
First a phone call screen, then an in person interview with 2 members of leadership in office. Next was the waiting- they had to get a hold of all my references and they had to do this online assessment of me that was nearly 50 questions!! Some short answers- I reached out to my references to ensure they got done bc they will not offer a job if these aren’t filled out. Then the office manager offered me a position we talked salary and start date in our next phone call.

Interview
I received many different calls from several offices. I interviewed at 5 offices and was offered position at all 5. They like to keep the interview relaxed. However, a few interviews seemed too unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PDS Health
Interview
I had a phone interview with the office manager and then followed up with the dentist and office manager. The questions were pretty straightforward. Overall very easy interview. I'm sure this varies from office to office.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PDS Health
Interview
I interviewed with the regional manager and the interview was held at one of the dental practices. The interview was pretty standard. I was told I would hear back within about a week. The recruiter contacted me after the interview to get me to provide more information about my background. I went through the time consuming background check and gave them the information they requested. After a week I never heard anything so I emailed the recruiter. I never heard back from her or anyone from the company. It was frustrating to put so much time and effort into the interview process and not hear a single thing back.
