Interview
Phone interview then a face to face interview at the office. Phone interview was about 30 minutes. Office interview took about an hour and everyone was pleasant. DId not have to wait long for a yes or no.

How would you go above and beyond to help a customer.
Easy going. Makes you feel comfortable. Outgoing. The interview made me feel relaxed. Helped with my nerves. Not a lot of interviews are like this. Naturally nervous, but the room made me feel comfortable and I can be myself.
