I was impressed with how quickly they moved! I applied and the next day they called me and we scheduled a phone interview for next week. I thought the conversation went pretty well, we talked about my experience and why I'd be a good fit for the role. We then said our goodbyes and my recruiter said there would be an on-site next week, which we scheduled. The interview itself on-site was interesting, it was supposed to be long but I was in and out within half an hour and I was the one asking more questions. A couple hours later they called me and gave me the good news!
