After passing the phone interview, I was called into the main office in Irvine for a second interview. I was taken on a short tour of the office, and then met 6 members of team I would have been interning for, including the department director. The people I met were very friendly, passionate about their work and fully believed in PDS' mission, which was really refreshing to see. Everyone was very professional and welcoming, and it seemed like the office had a great atmosphere overall. I ended up not get the position, but it was great interview practice and a positive experience regardless.
