There is a 1 hr phone call with regional recruiter followed by local interview depending on the offices that have open associate positions available. All recruiters seem very nice and are great with follow up.

Describe experience and comfort using digital dentistry.
Phone call screening with job recruiter. I applied online and soon after they reach out for ohone call screening. The call last like 15 mins and i was asked about salary expectations, which location i want to work, why i want to become dentist, why pds. Also they sent info of their company.

Interview with specific office, ask general questions about work experience and dental proficiency from dental school. Very laid back interview. Owner doc wants to understand if you’ll be a good fit.
