I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PDS Health (Queen Creek, AZ) in Jan 2011
Interview
It felt as if the interviewer, who was super sweet by the way, just googled interview questions. There did not seem to be a point, or a specific thing that they were looking for. I did the appropriate follow-up call and email and was told that I would hear back within a certain amount of time. This time passed and I had not heard back, so I called and was told that they wanted to hire me but were unsure of the money. I had to again call and began to feel as if I were begging for the job when there was actually no one else qualified or willing to accept the position. It then turns out the training was not ready and there was no one to train me as the hiring manager was going on vacation and then, their assistant would be going on vacation. I don't feel that the office manager is given the tools to run an actual office.

Three people, living or dead, that you would like to invite for lunch.
I applied online. I interviewed at PDS Health in Sep 2022
Interview
I received many different calls from several offices. I interviewed at 5 offices and was offered position at all 5. They like to keep the interview relaxed. However, a few interviews seemed too unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PDS Health
Interview
I had a phone interview with the office manager and then followed up with the dentist and office manager. The questions were pretty straightforward. Overall very easy interview. I'm sure this varies from office to office.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PDS Health
Interview
I interviewed with the regional manager and the interview was held at one of the dental practices. The interview was pretty standard. I was told I would hear back within about a week. The recruiter contacted me after the interview to get me to provide more information about my background. I went through the time consuming background check and gave them the information they requested. After a week I never heard anything so I emailed the recruiter. I never heard back from her or anyone from the company. It was frustrating to put so much time and effort into the interview process and not hear a single thing back.
