Applied on line. One month later received email to set up a pre interview call with recruiter. Call went well was then emailed back a time to see office operations manager for in person interview. When I got their the person I was supposed to see had been moved to a different office and I was meeting someone new. That seemed to go well. Then I was set up for another interview a week later with the regional manager. She was tough but I appreciated her straight forward approach. Then I was to get a call back with in a week but I didn't. So, I called the office with no response. I know how very busy they can get and with a lot of personnel office changes. So I emailed the recruiter and asked her if maybe she could look into the position for me. It had at this point been a month. She was happy to help. About a week later I got a call but was offered a lower position for a lot less pay. I asked for a little more an hour and was happy to find out they gave me a bit more than my counter offer. I still make less than I've made in 17 years but I'm happy to be employed at this point.

I received many different calls from several offices. I interviewed at 5 offices and was offered position at all 5. They like to keep the interview relaxed. However, a few interviews seemed too unprofessional.

I had a phone interview with the office manager and then followed up with the dentist and office manager. The questions were pretty straightforward. Overall very easy interview. I'm sure this varies from office to office.

I interviewed with the regional manager and the interview was held at one of the dental practices. The interview was pretty standard. I was told I would hear back within about a week. The recruiter contacted me after the interview to get me to provide more information about my background. I went through the time consuming background check and gave them the information they requested. After a week I never heard anything so I emailed the recruiter. I never heard back from her or anyone from the company. It was frustrating to put so much time and effort into the interview process and not hear a single thing back.
