Interview
Chaotic, I dropped out of the process because of the way the interviewers presented themselves.
It was clear the interviewers were disorganized and they did not know what they were looking for or why they were interviewing me. They stumbled around and had serious technical issues, which the hiring manager used as an excuse to join 10 minutes late. The questions they asked were very basic and felt like exam questions as opposed to ones someone asks to determine if a candidate is a good fit or not. Most questions were about what the job title means and other things they should have known themselves before interviewing someone for that role. It was a waste of time.
Thank you for your review. We regret to hear that your interview process encountered some hiccups. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can focus our efforts to create the best candidate experience. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Interview
Typical interview process starts with contact by a recruiter or by an office manager. Depending upon role being interviewed for, you may have to interview with multiple levels of managers.
