Many interviews. Plan on five or more interview in different settings. Some were added on to others. That appointment was about 1 1/2 hours. Some interviews were in person others were on web cam. PDS is very laid back in interview style but direct in asking various type of questions over again.

Easy, but just many interviews.I didnt feel like the interviewer really knew much about dental. I found that this company hires people without a dental back ground for front office positions. they are interested in sales pitch more for front office people.
