Applied and a couple days later I received a email to set up a phone screen with the HR recruiter. The interview was only 30 minutes and was a basic phone screen. Two days later I received a general rejection letter.

Name two strengths your supervisor would use to describe you? Name two weaknesses your supervisor would use to describe you? And then something along the lines of what is your ideal workplace (coworkers, boss, workplace)?

I filled out an application through their website when I found the job listing on my university's job board, and did HackerRank test that they sent me. Then they set up a Skype interview with me.

Interview
First phone interview was with an HR representative that was very basic interview questions. Second phone interview a few days later with the Hiring Manager where I was essentially asked to expand upon my experiences. I didn't make it the the third round which would be an in-person interview.
