Interview
Very thorough, multiple rounds with many interviewers from HR to Traders. Interviewers were interesting, bright, and honest. Peak6 is looking for smart people who are a good cultural fit. First class organization throughout the process. Final interview round even included some fun games and a chance to stand in with traders.

Question 1
Explain a difficult challenge you faced where you had to come up with a unique, outside the box solution.
First part is OA with logic Qs brain teasers and probability. The next round is the behavior / trader interview, with standard strategy / probability questions. I have scored 60+ on 80 in 8 and zetamac, but I cannot do *oral* mental math easily, without being about to see the numbers in front of me so I did not do well on this portion. They are very courteous about responding quickly tho.
1st round interview: online timed quantitative assessment
2nd round interview: virtual behavioral interview and technical interview
Final round interview: superday with many rounds of interviews including behavioral interviews, technical interviews, and a case study

Was sent an OA, basically a raven's matrices test with some math questions sprinkled in. Literally just an IQ test. Took them 2 weeks to respond to me with a rejection email
