I heard about the company and got an interview through a recruitment agency. I interviewed with two people, a Designer and the Manager to whom the position would report to. The Designer went through my portfolio with me and we discussed our design methodology and aesthetics. Then I spoke to the Manager about the company, the direction of the company, why I wanted to leave my current job etc.
There is parking in Qwest field that is relatively reasonably priced and very close to the office. They don't have a traditional reception are or receptionist as far as I could tell. The door was locked when I got there so I had to knock on the door to attract the attention of nearby workers. Both of the people that interviewed me were very nice and easy to talk to.
Unfortunately, my interview was on a Friday and one of the interviewers had just flown in from Chicago. So I think I was at a slight disadvantage. I just read some that said to avoid interviews on Fridays as people are distracted and ready for the weekend.
