Quick process of one phone interview and two face to face interviews. I would work here as a fresh grad to establish a good base, young company but high turnover of staff due to middle management issues, lack of promotion for junior staff and pay not commensurate with workload. Social atmosphere and relaxed targets as long as you put in the hours and show willing to perform.

Very informative and interactive assessment day. We would collaborate with other candidates and support each other throughout the day, present pitches and proposals, and undergo individual interviews with managers. The interview process is very engaging and you really get a feel for the company.

Interview
I was screened by a recruiter who then invited me to attend an Introduction day at PEI. The day consisted of 3 key assessments: group work, individual pitch, and 1-1 interview. Overall, I really enjoyed the interview process. I thought it was both challenging and enriching.
