Phone interview, it was a complete waste of my time. I know I did well but was not offered the job because the HR lady did not like that I rescheduled the interview. I was going through a family situation that did made it difficult to meet my 1stt phone appointment. She waited to get a chance to punish me for the schedule change by leting me go through the 1 hour phone interview just to tell me afterwards that i was no longer considered. How mean!
