The hiring process was relatively easy and self explanatory. You did need to pass a background check and submit finger prints in oder for them to assure that you were bondable and insurable. I submitted my resume through indeed.com and was contacted from corporate prior to being given my initial interview. The call for hire also came from corporate while the interview was done at the local branch with the upper management.
