Three interviews phone interview with recruit department and then one with processing manager Teams video , and then again with the manager and the director of the department , Interview was about 45 min and then 35
Completion of application and assessment. Assessment was though Gallup, combination of cognitive and personality questions, Interview given based on results of both items No interview was offered so no additional insight.
