Met with a recruiter over the phone who described the process, which did not go as they described. Interviewed with two managers and interview seemed to go well but the third interview (with a brand new manager) didn't go as well. Even though I have plenty of experience with credit unions and within the mortgage industry, I was not offered a position. When I asked for feedback, I was ignored. Very disappointing but better to know how they operate.
