Interview
First-round interviews are conducted by an individual on the HR team. The second round is conducted by an individual that runs the program and another that you would most likely work under in the program. Neither rounds are rather technical.

2 rounds of interviews. The first was with one of hiring managers most likely from their HR. The second is with two heads of the departments from the tracks you preferred to go into if chosen.

There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first and second were normal introductory-type interviews. The third and final round was two separate interviews with members of teams one might encounter/work with during the rotational program
