      Customer Advocate Interview

      Jul 31, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Livingston, MT
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PFL (Livingston, MT) in Apr 2015

      Interview

The interview was an entire day. I first met with HR. A series of skill and IQ tests, then interviewed by two people. Then a break and ride along with current (unhappy) employee. Then interviewed by three people. Then interview by CEO and one other senior person. It was long, intense, and weird.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PFL

      Interview

First interview was your standard intro - tour of the office and manufacturing plant, followed by your average HR interview (why did you apply, strengths/weaknesses, chance for me to answer questions etc). Second round was a job history interview over the phone. This one took a bit over an hour and covered literally my entire job histoeybsince high school. Final interview was a full day affair, and included three 1-hour team interviews and several assessments (math, basic computer knowledge, problem solving, typing).

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PFL (Livingston, MT) in Aug 2016

      Interview

Extensive process. Expect the usual phone interview and background check. The tricky part is the final. It is an all day affair with three hour-long team interviews, an IQ test, a computer literacy test, a typing test and a math test. They do buy you lunch, though, so that's nice.

      Question 1

Tell me about a project that you owned and describe the process of owning it from idea generation to closeout.
