What is a trend in the real estate industry on the rise?
They ask about Cap rates, know them well. Know why PGIM, and a current relevant event. Understand the relationship between value, NOI, and CAP. Have a rehearshed story about a leadership/problem-solving experience.
Fairly straightforward, applied online and was sent a Hirevue test to complete which asked me three questions, one technical question and two behavioral questions. Questions were not very difficult in my opinion.
