We submitted applications, and then had to complete hirevue video interview. It included about you questions as well as some technical, such as "How would you value this property" or "How is the Real Estate Market looking". Then 6 were selected ot go to the Atlanta office where we had a Superday. We interviewed with multiple different employees, both young and older. They asked behavioral questions as well as technical questions related to a case study they sent us before getting there.
