Interview
The first interview is a video submission and an online assessment. Fairly standard behavioral and why you are interested/are a good fit for the role. They offer practice questions to get used to the interface, and you have 4 days to submit your video. They give 3 days for the assessment. The first part of the online assessment is multiple choice probability/logical reasoning word problems and you are given a time limit for each question. The 2nd part is behavioral/personality assessment.

Recruiter reached out and sent me an critical thinking and personality assessment to take, takes about an hour. I scored well, so I had a phone interview with the hiring manager.
