They have you interview on HireVue. Then they do a super-day. Due to COVID, my super day was held virtually. Three different people interview you. The recruiters are extremely kind and they send you some resources to help prepare. For me, I think my anxiety got the best of me during that time period but the process was overall rewarding

Quite a long interview process, about 9 interviews total and skills-related assessment. Pretty standard interview questions and positive feedback throughout but they closed the role altogether at final stage, no offer made.

Interview
Had 14 separate interviews over three rounds, including meeting the CEO of the private capital arm and multiple zoom conversations with the CMO. Was then told the day after meeting the CEO, having a tour of the office, and a coffee with stakeholders, that I wasn’t going to be offered the role. Reasons for no offer weren’t clearly stated, I felt I did well in each and every stage. Disgusting behaviour and I do not recommend anyone apply for a job at such a company. I know a lot of people in the financial services sector and I have not hesitated to recall my awful experience to them.
