I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PGIM (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
3 or 4 behavioural interviews followed up finally by an accounting style case study, which required some knowledge of debt metrics e.t.c. The interviewers were pleasant, and it was a relatively informal procedure compared to some competitors in the asset management space.
very tight-knit process; hirevue, second round, and then superday. Friendly interviewers across all of the process. They tested technicals and behavioral questions in the related field. They also invite me to a networking lunch
The process started with a HireVue screening and asked a series of questions related to behavioral rather than technicals. You were given some time to think before submitting a video response.
The first round was with 2 PM, they asked about motivations and market news. Then I got the on site interview, I met the everyone in the team, they are nice.
