First round is basic HireVue, three questions. First two behavioral and second one related to position/investing. Second round final interview with employees/management. All pretty basic almost entirely behavioral for the first part. HireVue sucks but if you get past it should be fine

What is a prospective investment opportunity over the next 2 years
very tight-knit process; hirevue, second round, and then superday. Friendly interviewers across all of the process. They tested technicals and behavioral questions in the related field. They also invite me to a networking lunch
The process started with a HireVue screening and asked a series of questions related to behavioral rather than technicals. You were given some time to think before submitting a video response.
The first round was with 2 PM, they asked about motivations and market news. Then I got the on site interview, I met the everyone in the team, they are nice.
