Very disappointed in PGIM’s Real Estate recruitment. I was contacted by a recruiter after applying via the careers site (and being internally referred), and asked to provide availability to move forward in the interview process. I responded with my availability the same day. I never heard back. A few days later, I receive an automated email saying I was no longer being considered for the role. When I followed up with the recruiter, I was told she missed my email and was moving forward with another candidate. I politely responded that I was disappointed as I responded to her requests the same day and would’ve hoped to remain a candidate given I followed through on my end. No response. I hope no one else has to be treated with the disregard that PGIM has for candidates, especially those referred by current employees in senior positions.
