Usually referred from a Temp Agency you meet with Senior Assistants and Supervisors. They look for moldable people some with experience and some without that will fit the culture. Bascially be flexible and willing to learn. Stress that you know how to deal with different personalities
For a contract admin assistant position, there were 2 rounds. The first was with the direct supervisor and a Senior EA.
