I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PIMCO (Newport Beach, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I went through a recruiter; I had to meet with multiple supervisors individually and some paired together (4 believe) and was grilled on my experience on my software experience and how to do deal with difficult people (I guess there's a lot of them). I then met with an Executive member that I would be supporting and other members of that team. The interview was about 2-3 hours long. I was in their HR floor in a glass room and interviewers just popped in and out. Parking validation was provided.

Question 1
Q: How would you deal with this situation - you have multiple managers and they both want tasks done at the same time?
Q: Tell me about your previous positions and what programs you have used in that position?
Q: How well do you work with others?
For a contract admin assistant position, there were 2 rounds. The first was with the direct supervisor and a Senior EA. The second was in office with the regional managers, supervisor, and the person you are going to cover. For the full time position, it is longer and the turnaround time is very long.
