Applied through website and campus recruiting. Heard back in a few weeks about a phone interview. Phone interview took 30 minutes, mostly testing my knowledge of current macro conditions. Basically no behavioral. Couple questions here and there about interesting things from resume. Heard back in a couple more weeks about superday.
Heard back around a week after the application closed and then was invited to a hirevue for both positions I applied to. I was given about a week to do them as well.

I was asked what recent fed news there had been ( outside of fed cuts ) and how that could impact their clients
Intense hirevue of up to 7 questions, then directly sent superday invite. Superday consisted of 6 separate interviews with employees from both the CA and NYC offices. The interviews were highly variable and really depending on the specific person.
