Learn the technicals from the guides they send and show that you are someone who can handle high pressure, works well in a team etc. Make sure you know what is going in the bond markets, and have an answer for why PIMCO/ fixed income.

Intense hirevue of up to 7 questions, then directly sent superday invite. Superday consisted of 6 separate interviews with employees from both the CA and NYC offices. The interviews were highly variable and really depending on the specific person.
