Unfortunately I had exactly the same experience as the other candidate to the point I just copy and paste. Terrible process and zero respect for candidates. The entire process took 5 months with numerous interviews and numerous times the recruiter called and let me know that I was a top candidate. At the end of the 5 months of waiting and waiting, she ghosted until I asked again and again letting me know they moved forward with someone with more generalist experience, if that has been an issue, why drag people along for 5 months? Worst experience ever.
Here’s the copied text from the other candidate: I spent a lot of time on the interview process, having over 6 interviews with different team members including senior management. Was called frequently by internal recruiter being told I was the top candidate, apologising for the delay of the final interview but the last communication was that I would have the final interview the following week and I was the top candidate. I was then literally ghosted for 3 weeks and after chasing, was told the job spec had changed with no further feedback. To say the process was arduous and extremely disrespectful of my time is an understatement. I acknowledge things change with a role but to not have the decency to let me know after the time spent, just very unprofessional overall.“

Before the interview, HR rescheduled twice saying the recruiter was just unavailable so it needed to be rescheduled with another recruiter. During the interview, the second recruiter appeared clearly uninterested from the beginning, asked questions in an interrogation manner, challenged my answers about my own experience, completely missed the focus of my background in certain areas and smirked when she thought she successfully tricked me. Totally unprofessional. I absolutely doubt if she could capture candidates’ profiles accurately for hiring managers to screen. Do not recommend applying to this company.
