There is a behavioral phone screening followed by a one on one with someone from the team. This second step is more technical though not too challenging depending on what the role is. Question 1
A classic question but still one you should prepare for: what is the biggest challenge you have faced and how did you approach it?
Call with HR, then call with hiring manager if you advance to that stage. From there, would be an in person interview with the team. I did not make it past the 2nd round.

Had over 8 interviews with every member of each team and region, started out with HR and then with hiring manager and then with every manager in Tokyo. Once that was one there were interviews with overseas managers.
