Long-winded with multiple processes involved, had 5 interviews which was not including a final stage. Got zero feedback after the 5th interview and heard nothing back from them. Questions quite repetitive throughout and some senior management found it difficult to give clear answers around the day-to-day responsibilities of the role and the long-term goals of what they want this person to achieve. Also, when hiring for a talent role that is specifically to help improve the company's onboarding/culture it seems concerning that you wouldn't provide any feedback to a candidate.
