The hiring manager sent out an email at 11pm to have a 15 minute interview, which I thought was odd. Fast forward to the interview (which was supposed to be a Zoom video call), the hiring manager is late to arrive on the call and says he will not be using his camera because he was traveling. The interview seemed very sloppily put together and rushed. I thanked him in an email and then no response, other than 2 days later he sends through an automated denial email from a no reply email. I can now see why the role has been vacant for almost 40 days now.
