PLI (Plasticard - Locktech International) interview questions

Hour Long Phone Interview with the Floor Manager. 2 In person interviews. With Hiring Manager and Sales Director. Each interview was an hour long. Mood is somber on the sales floor. You can tell there is a culture of silence. And that the negative reviews on glass door were clear warning signs that no one is really satisfied and favoritism runs rampant. But I guess some people are doing well enough and the other keep their mouths shut because the job market is awful in Asheville.

Was lied to about how many employees worked in the department. Was told 8 when it is only 2 on first shift 1 on second the rest quit. The rest of interview was basic questions about working with people who complain a lot. Red flag!
