I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PLS Logistics Services (Cranberry, PA) in Dec 2015
Interview
They made it easy. I was given a job before I even formally applied. The place is a moral degrading disaster with managers who influence through intimidation. I set myself up to advance to account executive, but I had to get out of there. It's fun, but there is no opportunity for advamcement. Especially with how many major accounts they are losing. Not to mention the 30 employees terminated due to one account exec not hiring their quota (of course he could stay).

Started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview at one of their locations. The interview was broken into three parts, asking relevant questions to the industry.
