First received a phone call to come in for interview; Met with a lovely young lady for about 25 minutes or so; Discussed experience and made scenarios (Tricky) to see where I stood with customer service experience; Second interview was the next day. I really appreciate them going out their way and working with my schedule to come in and meet for a second interview whom was with a nice gentleman; He as well asked questions to get a better understanding of my abilities, experience and I believe overall personality to see if I qualify in comparison to other candidates. Interview process also includes providing references and a background check.
