On the same day I applied, I received an email saying they were interested in me for the position and asked me to take an online assessment for general cognitive abilities. It was 50 questions in 15 minutes, looking at my problem-solving, critical thinking skills and not whether I could finish the test. Four days later, I received an invitation to have an initial phone interview with a People Operations employee so they could get a feel for my personality, skills, and past experience. The phone interview was fairly basic. We talked about why I was interested in PMG, different projects I've worked on, and what teams I was interested in being placed on. After the phone interview, they followed up that same day and asked for me to do a second round of interviews, a video meeting with two different teams that they felt might be a good fit for me. I had that video interview, which was an hour long, half an hour speaking with members from each team, and they asked me about applicable projects I've worked on, skills that applied to what their teams did, what my level of interest was in what the teams did, and why I was interested in PMG. I also got to ask individual questions about the teams. Six days after that video interview, I was contacted again saying they were preparing an offer package for me and they asked me to complete a simple multiple choice Excel test to evaluate my level of familiarity with different formulas and keyboard shortcuts.
