A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, set up a call, which was great and then set up an interview with the hiring manager. After that, we decided the role was too junior and that we'd keep in touch. About 2 months later I actually heard back from the recruiter and set up a few additional interviews for a new role that was better suited to my skills.
