My biggest issue with the process was the length. I applied in January and didn't get final word until April. There was no communication about timelines or how long it would take to hear about the next step, so I was left second-guessing and doubting that I made it many times. I would've been less confused if they had made it clear from the start that it would take over two weeks between rounds to hear. Other than that, it was a pretty standard process. Rounds were a cognitive test online, a one-way video interview, an excel case assignment presentation and behavioral interview, and I personally had an extra round at the end talking to one on one with an employee, but I heard of other people who did not have this extra step. Questions were pretty typical and won't be difficult if you've had many interviews in the past. Just practice basic interview skills and answering situational questions.
