The first step was submitting an application. Then I took a cognitive assessment. I then completed a Sparkhire interview (one way). Then I was given an excel spreadsheet with data and questions to complete and create a short presentation. I was then asked to present these findings during a 30-minute virtual interview and complete a 30-minute virtual behavioral interview afterward. I was invited to tour PMG's Fort Worth office and complete one final interview. We broke into groups with other interviewees and had to complete and present a small group exercise. After that, I completed a two-on-one interview and went home. I heard from PMG about two weeks later.

I started with the cognitive assessment and then a 15 minute quick chat with a recruiter. She told me the salary and just asked a question or two about me. Then she told me at the end of the call that she would send me a link to one-way video interview that I had to do within 3 days. Typical behavioral questions like why PMG and the GLP. After that round, I was given an excel sheet where I had to answer five different questions, and there's no right or wrong answer, they just want to see your thought process. Then you make a powerpoint with your recommendations. The Superday was an hour long. I interviewed with two former GLPers during the technical presentation portion. They asked me a couple questions about my thought process. I'm a very outgoing person, so I tried to make the conversation light, but it just seemed like they weren't really budging. They were nice, but it seemed fake. The behavioral part was with a managing director and someone else higher up. They asked me common behavioral questions and I lost my train of thought for a second and I asked them where I was, and they immediately responded, so I knew they were listening which made me feel better. Now, the reason why I'm giving this a negative experience is because I felt like I was falsely promised at the end of the Superday. The managing director said "Congrats on the GLP and we're so happy you made it this far!" If you say the words congrats and the position you applied for in the same sentence, a person is going to assume they got the job. A couple of days later, I received an email saying they decided to go with other candidates. Then to rub it in more, I got another email later that day saying the same thing. I fell in love with PMG during the entire process, but for me to have been falsely promised like that, that says a lot about this company.
