      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at POWER Engineers (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2015

      Interview

      Started with traditional phone call from HR, then call a few weeks later with manager, then an on site several more weeks later. Entire process took about 2 months. The on-site interview did not have many behavioral questions, nearly all technical. I was placed at a whiteboard and told to solve engineering problems in front of managers.
